i do agree the cut scenes are annoying i just think the good in the game outweighs the bad in my opinion but there are definitely annoying

You can fast travel directly from your mission list for me. It’s hitting down the X button on Xbox. I don’t know what it is on the PC but you should still have that same option no more having to go to multiple maps and space and you can be right on a planet and fast travel to the waypoint next on the mission

The way the dialog is presented makes it impossible to watch. I often have no idea what dialog option the player is clicking and I soon find myself looking for something interesting to watch because I have no idea what's going on.
