I've done brutal mode on all 3 games. Using a few chapters exploits but that was about it. Even with the exploits, holy hell. This was one hell of a ride. I'd have to look back cause I did all 3 of them one by one. But I'm pretty sure this took me about a whole month. Good luck with the next 2. Good lord the 3rd one with the djinn hallucinations. The PTSD is coming back.

another way u can tell that combat has ended, is look at the way Nathan walks, he runs during combat and jogs when combat ends. its easy to tell the difference if u pay attention.
I remember doing Brutal Difficulty and completing it. So much pain

Ps. Uncharted 3 is the easiest from my experience and 2 the ardest
I feel 2 and 3 are going to be worse with the heavies with the armor and chain guns
Getting this trophy was just as hard as beating yozora in kh3
This mode was so hard to do especially on the last chapter at the locked cutscene 44:00 where it was a 50/50 chance u would roll out alive, when I beat it I felt so happy and accomplished! Props to you as well on beating it!

Wait a minute! If you see this before doing uc2 on brutal ur Lucky! Complete crushing, Then start brutal. Go to options and game and lower The difficulty to crushing and activate The tweaks and don t press circle to quit! After you ve done that switch back to brutal. And in the collapsing room just press R2 to quick fire so you don t get softlocked(you can disable The cheats if you wanna do it legit but you absolutely need these cheats to not soft lock) and you can also do it to The part where you are carrying Jeff
