This was one of the most enjoyable challenges I’ve faced in this game.

  1. You should have called this episode "uncharacteristically CLAM under pressure," since it's a subtle enough pun that I bet lots of people might miss it at first glance, but it's still a fun reference to the characters in Splatoon being evolved ocean animals

  2. I lost count how many times it took me to do One Way Ride Through Target Town. At least a dozen Tri-Stringer, then at most 6 rapid blaster, and then less than a dozen Splatling to beat it.

  3. I beat One Way Ride Through Target Town on my 2nd try with the Rapid Blaster. I also got really far on the 1st attempt. Probably the only reason why I beat it that fast was prior experience with the similar levels in Octo Expansion.

  4. Ahhh One Way Ride. This was the one level that I skipped until after I beat the campaign and came back to beat. It did my first three or so attempts with the stringer before switching to blaster. I ended up beating it with blaster after I want to say like 6 or attempts.

  5. Took me 16 attempts with the Tri-Stringer, and several of my deaths were just me failing to jump between rails. It's not that hard once you understand how the explosions work (and don't fall into the trap of trying to hit the tower with vertical shots). Definitely nothing compared to the one from Octo Expansion where the hardest weapon is the Bamboozler.

  6. 5:00 This mission I had the most difficult time with when 100%ing solo. I would always miss those final targets at the very end.

It easily took me an hour to finish with the Tri-Stringer alone (the others two choices weren't that bad, only a couple tries).

  7. Paused as I saw Tom reach "One way ride." I took the Tri-Stringer, ran for over an hour, even with deaths I made well over $1000 eggs profit due to repeating over, and over, and over, AND OVER… Gave up, swapped to the heavy Splatling and ONE SHOTTED THE DAMN LEVEL.

  8. It took me over 3 hours to beat that rail level. I tried so hard to beat it with the Stringer but I had to move on to the blaster. And as for how many times I played the level in those 3 plus hours, when I started I was at 11000 eggs, when I was done I was at more than 14000 eggs.

  9. I ended up doing One Way Ride through Target Town with the Rapid Blaster, and it took a long time. I tried all three weapons, but only beat it with the blaster. I used the splat bomb while still on the rail at the end so I wouldn't need two precise blasts mid-drop lol

Weirdly, Shooter On Rails went way better, and I only game-overed once. Maybe because the Burst Bomb helps with that one? But then, you didn't use that

"HELP! IT'S A BLENDER" wrong splatoon game
