  1. On the behalf of us blacks who understand the racial wealth gap. Mr. Sharpe your misinformed on the topic. We have been the underclass since slavery, jim crow, red lining.. etc. You yourself stated you grew up poor. I bet the reason why was not money phones or worshipped of rappers. SMH. Do better brother. We never been compensated or made whole from the country that broke us

  2. THIS is what an OG is. Sorry to bring race into it but Shannon shows that when you’re eating, why not put your brother on game. These two have damn near perfect chemistry, able to be themselves and learn from each other. The energy and honesty is raw. I don’t think Ocho was kidding about the child support and he could easily get a pack and pass it to somebody close and have them flip it, sell weapons, or something else that puts us in a bad light. Lifestyle and bad circumstances could easily make a man turn back to heinous old ways or form new ones. Yet he’s here with Shannon hustling. I commend him and Shannon especially because he’s still on the rise and he’s gonna get bigger (pause) but once again he’s giving a younger black man a chance to grow in a positive way and succeed based on their own efforts and determination ✊🏾. Ik my punctuation is off but duck it. I’m truly inspired.

  3. no way unc using a handful of examples to say black people only spend money..ignoring the fact that net worth isn’t your bank account it’s assets. Guess who has a 300+ year head start on acquiring assets in this country?

  5. 27:00 : UNC 1000000000% RIGHT! These fans are just “TRUE FANS” to their teams they don’t understand ball when they watch their team play. They just think you hating when you really not and you just really calling how you are SEEING IT. The facts are there, the film is there for ANYONE to see it. They ain’t know any better UNC, keep critiquing how you do bro. You always right on the money with these takes 🫡💯!!!

  6. Unknown need to stop making this Lamar thing racial. Unless messed up when he said Hamilton missed a game he played ever snap of, for tying to compare Lamar to Mac Jones. Also with ranking QB with weapons and pass friendly offenses over Lamar

  7. Not self doubt. But Ocho could use some self reflection sometimes. Dude sound crazy looking for a sign from your ancestors? They’re gone, be happy that you knew them. People r obsessed with the idea of an afterlife and religion sells this fantasy to people. Hook line and sinker. Its awful arrogant to think that in a world full of billions of people that some omnipotent creator cares more about you than the next person, dont ya think? Why would this creator care so much about you? Anyway, i think that thought exercise can help a lot of people here. Its ok, we should all be here for each other while we’re alive, not for any false promises of an eternal tomorrow

  8. I don’t think I can ever express how much I love this show/podcast! You two are amazing at story-telling and giving your analysis of NFL games. I loved Shannon preaching about the importance of failures and how they are actually delayed successes a few eps ago. Keep doing your thing guys! ❤🍻

  9. ~ Fans need to understand that these opinions, from analyst aren’t always wrong. It’s an opinion from their perspective. My “issue” with Shannon, and many other “analyst” is that they don’t really watch the games,(individual teams) on a consistent basis. Instead relying heavily on statistics and advanced analytics. When it comes to MVP those metrics DO matter.
Within context. Cherry picking stats and equating that to being a “good quarterback “ the number 1 stat is passing yards. Through years of observation, passing yards only matter when the number is of “historical” significance.
Nonetheless, from someone who is biased towards Lamar and the Ravens, I don’t think he’s MVP this season. He’s having a good season statistically. He’s made dozens of highlight worthy plays ~ but he’s done that since day 1.
However, Lamar is more team oriented leader, and as he has stated many times before, he doesn’t play for stats.
The most underrated aspect of Lamar’s game is his ability to manage the game, to play complimentary football and close out football games.
Fans don’t consider the context that the Ravens are rarely behind, and are one of three teams since the NFL merger to be leasing in the 4th quarter in every game through 15 games. The Ravens often “shut it down” in the second half of games therefore adjusting Lamar’s stats.
They haven’t padded stats late in games, he hasn’t had to pass to comeback this increasing his numbers.
Within all that context. The best players I’ve seen in his season, Tyreek Hill, CMC.
The MVP shouldn’t be a defacto Quarterback award. There are other positional players who have accolade worthy, MVP type seasons.

But Lamar is clearly a top tier Quarterback and if another quarterback should get consideration, Tua, Josh Allen, Dak, all of whom are having impactful, impressive seasons. Lamar is as well. But Lamar is good enough that each year he is healthy he will be in the MVP discussion.
