9:51 nope. Infinity Rush is not on Custom Jiren. this is also the case with some other characters (the only ones i have Festival Moves and checked for). Custom Hit doesn't have access to Festival Flashfist Crush and Custom 17 doesn't have access to Festival Side Bridge either
