Blangonga has potential to become a good modern monster with enough tweaks to his moveset being a faster Rajang but less bang to make up for them….maybe a variant that got to an Oroshi Kirin?

I actually like blangonga a fair deal, but that might be my own weirdly specific nostalgia talking. I fought him before I fought either of the other two monkeys back in Freedom Unite, and at the time he was very novel for being Not Another Lizard. So I'll always have a soft spot for him I think

Zenith Blangonga is peak masculinity. He saw how everyone was loving his brother Rajang and instead of crying about it like a low tier monster he put down his stupid old gimmick of wiping off paintballs and hit the gym. Zenith Blangonga is giga-chad energy.

Zenith Blangonga with that near guaranteed kill is absolutely amazing. Haven't faced his normal form before but if he had half of the stuff the zenith does, he'd be an incredible early/mid game fight. Unless of course, that is already being planned for the future titles

Side note: I'm that one guy who likes Blangonga. Would love to see his return. Also, would find it deeply entertaining if they reworked him into THE strong pack leader monster. I think it could really work with monkey monsters, since primates tend to be more intelligent?

Blangonga is certainly the least popular member of the MH Monkey crew. Mostly because nobody really remembers him after the few times they fight him at the start.
Glad he finally got through to the head honcho, Rajang, to be his personal trainer. Ice Monkey is now lean, beefy, and mean! And hey, he's even taken up Bowling as a new hobby. Good to see his successful big boss to lend him the help he needed all this time.
I prefer Blangonga a lot more than Congalala
And Blangonga is in the Monster Hunter dos Trailer so give my boy some credit he stopped a great sword with one hand

Given you're contemplating going to level eight hundred, I'm wondering if you'd ever be willing to go for the true form of the dragon that freezes himself alive. Granted, going for level eight hundred is much less than fighting the same monster ten thousand times, but that footage and your reaction would be awesome (might be worth just cheating and using a mod or something given the game doesn't officially exist anymore so who cares if you hack it).
