  1. ISW IS a NATO Propaganda Mill (look whose on the Board!) , as you feature an article written by Kagan, spouse of neocon monster, "donuts and snipers" Nuland. A review of their so-called "sources" reveals the usual pro-Uke Tweets and Western media mouthpieces, the neocon's echo chamber. Regurgitating neocon bullshit simply betrays you as yet another moronic, uncritical repeater of the neocon losing mantra, repeating the unending claim that Russia is "soon" running out of men, missiles, and money (LOL! Which we have been hearing almost daily 365 days ago). As we watch Bakhmut fall and the inevitable collapse and defeat of the grotesquely corrupt Zelinsky/Nazi mafia, I suggest you exercise a little curiosity and seek out more independent assessments of this war between a country of 23M versus that of 144M and then let me know who will inevitably win.

  2. Wagner are crying in Bakmuk because of losing ground and lack of ammo , and you trusting a Russian propaganda map? Wagner Bosnian said , the gain in Bakmuk is been hampered bybthe Russian Army.

  3. did you notice the russian offensive tends to be across a huge front lke at the start when they failed from over-reaching their objective attempt , you wouldnt have to be napoleon bonaparte to realise , " hold on guys if we concentrated our forces ?" ah well we wont tell them attacking the lenght of the front will play into ukraines hands.. just had to get that off my chest thanks johnny you saved me from hindustan times again although ive to go out and get my pc monitor back from my garden , i should know better i went reading their comments again lol

  5. Shocking strategy by Russia. No mobile reserve North to draw from during offensive invites a crushing counterattack, if Ukraine can gather their resources. BUT Ukraine must have a mobile reserve in addition to a counter attacking force. If they don't, they should postpone a serious counter attack and gather more resources while blunting the Russian offensive and maximizing Russian losses.

  7. That "tank battle" didn't seem legit. The tank didn't have a stabilized gun (which it should have in action on that model), it wasn't firing at anything visible, and it was firing to the SIDE, which means it was exposing it's vulnerable areas to counterfire the whole time, instead of facing front or angling to take advantage of armor. Let alone the fact that it was operating ALONE. I guess you could make the case it was a broken tank driven by a terrible, inexperienced crew, but it seems more likely that it was someone goofing off in training.

  8. I’d say Ukraine counterattacked in eastern Bakhmut to allow a retreat to the west into better positions. I’d say we have about a week or two before the city is taken. Pressure coming from all over.

  9. Wow, Joe announced another package of Equipment and Ammo package worth $500. The Soviet Ukrainians must have lost a lot of equipment, every week there is another package. Russian just destroys everything they see.

They are going to go through another $12 billion before Summer and the Republicans will soon stop this nonsense as they want to cut spending on Medicare, MedicAid, Social Security and Other things and they cannot achieve their fiscal targets by giving stuff away for Free.

The EU nations and the rest of the Puppets must contribute!

Imagine what will happen to Joe when the War is lost and Russia wins the Conflict by driving around in 1960s Panzers!

  11. All very well to say that the mappers are more accurate when the home team is doing well, but how do you know who is doing well in a particular context if you are going by the maps?

  12. One thing that Ukraine Matters does to put things in context is to zoom out and show the whole Ukrainian map. Those substantial gains of a few streets in Bakhmut would barely even be visible in that context. The Bakhmut " cauldron" they've been fighting over for more than 6 months is a small little piece of Eastern Ukraine. The orderly withdrawal strategy that Ukraine are using while they wait for the trained men and weapons, while still destroying command centres and logistics, is working perfectly. They can keep doing this for months at the current rate without too much effect on the big picture.

  13. Having looked at the whole front line from south to north there really has not been much of an advance at all by russia. You can not take individual bits then say russia is doing well, as the overall look actually shows russia taking very little. Maybe you could do a short video on the overall look at the map and actually show what little russia has taken, just an idea. I believe you have to look at the big picture then all these small bits can be put into perspective of the whole pic.

  14. I watched Madyar yesterday and in Bakhmut (sp) he said russians were having a "sanitary" day to pick up their dead and wounded. What came to my juvenile mind….use manpads. 😉 thank you Jonathan

  15. If I was Russian, I would be concerned about the fact that the new offensive forces (pretty much all they have available according to ISW) are being held by or badly mauled if they've taken small towns in some cases totally destroyed, by forces far smaller than them.
What's even more concerning for them is the fact that Ukrainian forces haven't even deployed their newly reconstituted or the brand new units that are NATO trained and very well equipped with fancy NATO equipment.
