Except Russia is not "dry" and the numbers presented by the Ukrainians are to "show" everyone how well the war is going for them when it's not. Don't fool yourself by the fact that Russia gave back Kherson, the Ukrainians were threatening to blow several of the 6 big dams that are up the Dneper river, with the help of their British allies and flood everything that was downstream including Kherson to prevent the Russian advance!
