Crimea has been struck by an “unprecedented” cyberattack in the wake of a missile strike on the Black Sea fleet headquarters in Sevastopol, according to an official.
The outage has not been verified and it is not clear what could have caused it.

Nothing decisive..Black sea fleet has around 40 warships& subs…damaging a couple of them won't affect it's capability of launching further attacks, their missiles have enought range to be launched from areas outside the reach of ukrainean storm shadows& other weapons.
More sygnificatly would be in headquarters was packed at the moment of the attack with senior navy officers..if so eliminating the people from top-echalon of the fleet's command, responsable for strategic planning & execution & logistics …would really be a blow to the ability of the fleet to operate..
