Ryan, I hate to say this, as a professional soldier, but I want vengeance! I see Russia and Putin the exact same as Hitler & the Nazis. The Rusguardia are his brown shirts, SA, that became SS. Crimea & Transnistria are Sudeaten land. This takeover of Ukraine is his Anschluss. Poland & the Baltics are next! They openly say it on their TV! We must stop it now. We in 2014, should have said that’s a treaty violation. We (US &UK) are the guarantors of Ukraine’s independence and Russia signed that, knowing what it means back in 1991! Russia will cease to be soon. Their population is less than Canada’s and Canada is 1/3 of ours. The Russians have lost so much of their young men who’d be fathers, but now they’ll never reproduce & Russia will die off slowly and break apart, all by Putin’s hand. And he wanted to fracture NATO, & stop expansion, but he’s caused the opposites.

Where do you get your information CNN? The only way to end this is to sit down and talk. Russia will never back down and the Ukraine is losing massive amount of their soilders. They will reach a point where Ukraine will have no one left to fight. Have no doubt Russia will start using nukes and turn the Ukraine into a radioactive buffer zone.
It is sad that Russia thinks that terrorizing and frightening civilians is okay. It is an outright war crime!!!! The Russia military leadership are just plain stupid. Not only are they wasting missiles and kamikaze drones on these residential targets, while Ukraine keeps using theirs to continue to hit command & control, fuel, and ammunition depots.

The once vaunted Russian military is no longer an effective fighting force, and no longer the world's 2nd most powerful army. They can't even defeat the Ukrainians, and Putin thinks he can take on NATO?!😆 Over the years, through systemic corruption, the Russian Army has devolved into a motley crew of untrained, undisciplined, poorly equipped, drunken thieves and criminals who are puffed up on a delusional self-image of invincibility. Years of a poorly contrived "trickle- down" military spending practice has depleted every level of the rank & file, as funding is allocated to corrupt military leaders (generals, colonels, majors, captains, etc.) with each level grifting more & more off the top. By the time it reaches the troops themselves (or the logistical ranks), there's little to nothing left for the actual soldiers (including their pay). Russian soldiers are nothing more than thieves and murderers, and hold no semblance to a professional military. The theft of washing-machines from Ukrainian citizens has become so widespread, that it's actually become a meme. One has to wonder if they're stealing the washing machines for the digital chips inside, so they can use them to manufacture more missiles and smart munitions. The Russian Army is done! Forget NATO! The United States military alone would wipe the floor with Russia. Russia is going to lose it's war against Ukraine. That's pretty apparent. Missile strikes against helpless civilians does not equate to victory on the battlefield. Cheers.😉
If a third world country was committing these war crimes there would be a collective military response, Saddam, Gaddafi the Serbs and half a dozen other brainless criminals have all been hit, so this hypersensitivity at avoiding a war condemns many more Ukrainians to die for this policy. Surely providing Ukraine with thousands of military Drones and far more potent weapons with the same capacity as what Russia is using is appropriate, pay kind with kind, instead some countries pussyfoot around, Putin should be informed that every system he uses will be met with the same.
Do we in NATO fear war more than we tolerate Ukrainian massacres for our own skin, it’s shameful.

There are many parallels between Ukraine today and Great Britian of 1940. As I said to Anna of Ukraine the other day, to paraphrase Winston Churchill: "Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves so that, if Ukraine lasts for another thousand years, men will still say, “This was their finest hour.”" This is why the Russians will never win.
It is interesting how you talk about civilian death's and brutal destructive attacks on Ukrainians by Russians….and thousands civilians killed in DNR and LNR from 2014 till today is not important. Pathetic….If Russian innocents civilians die its ok but if Ukr civilians die its war crime….degeneracy. And about retaliations…NATO bombed Serbia 1999 and every time we shot down plane or humiliate troops on Albanian border retaliation was cluster bombs on our civilians…Depleted Uranium rounds used….you talk about war crimes and about what's wrong and right? America lost 56,000 during the 10+ years we were in Vietnam. The Russians have lost an estimated 65+ personnel in 8 short months!! Why would Russia be desperate, they captured a lot of territory. Ukraine is fully mobilized while Russia can still mobilize millions of troops. Russia is clearly winning but you just don't want to believe it.
