The Ukrainian forces have been hitting Russian HQs and troop concentrations hard the last week. The Ukrainian military has announced they are waiting for the ground to freeze before they continue counter-offensive operations. Meanwhile Russian soldiers continue to mutiny over poor equipment and training and Russian military bloggers continue to cry about how the Ukrainians are making them look weak.

"Everyone will realize we are weak."
Even the milbloggers know Russia is a joke.
The soldiers need to realize that their government doesn't care about them at all
Even the Russians have begun to boast of war shortages… as they boast of millions killed in WWII.
Great show Jake — your channel is the best on the conflict — great dialog and points you make when their leader claims they are increasing production of weapons — DUH! Does this mean they will increase the T-14 production from 20 to 25 this year! LOL! Thanks and keep up the good work
I guess Russia is unwilling to spend money on proper equipment for its soldiers because they are not expected to last long and are on a one way trip.
I have an idea letβs launch missiles back at Moscow right on that ugly looking building called the Kremlin. Have we forgotten how beautiful the Kremlin is? Crow Call Crow call Crow call..π
Medvedev: how a former Russian President stays alive.
Thank you Jake, glad your feeling better. Appreciate all you put into these showing so many sides to this sad moment I history. Keep up the great work. Hope you enjoyed your trip to Chicao. My home town. π‘
Putin, the Super Grinch of all time.
This Russia blogger who wants to bomb Kiev…he looks to be of military age to go to the front lines and help
GIVE RUSSIA THE FULL JAMES BROWN.
Putin will get his due as all devils do. The history for the Ukrainian people has always been hard with Russia. This time looks to be different. Glory to Ukraine. I have a neighbor behind me who is from Mariopal(sic)and is quite distressed about her relatives but feels they will win in the end. I agree glory to Ukraine. Love your blog. Bill
Bakhmut will be in the history books just like Verdun. And just like Verdun, it will be remembered as the place where the attacking power lost so many forces, they were doomed to lose the war.
Realistically speaking, a surprising 1000 bomber high altitude attack wouldn't suffer much more losses today than it did in 1944. They were saturation attacks back then and they would be the same today. You could even use the same ole B-17s again. The reason is quite simple. The number of fighter interceptors is very much lower than back then and they rely on no more than 6 missiles and a few hundred rounds of gun ammo per jet. There are no big Flak guns anymore. Ground based, high altitude air defence totally relies on precision missiles. Their numbers are low, just a few launchers with a few dozen missiles are protecting a major city. Reloading takes too much time to use a launcher twice against one attack. That means every launcher can fire no more than 4-8 rounds, depending on what type it is. Russia managed to saturate Kyiv's air defence with just 30 cruise missiles fired against the city simultanously. Less than 25 were shot down over and around Kyiv. If they were bombers instead of cruise missiles, fighter interceptors would complement the ground based air defence, resulting in a higher number of attackers needed to saturate the defence. And still, losses would only be somewhere between 60 and 120 bombers per mission before the defenders would run out of ammo. These numbers were sustainable for USAAF and RAF in WW2.
The reason, no carpet bombing is done anymore is just as simple. Nobody has 1000 bombers in service anymore, not to speak of ongoing mass production and mass training for replacing combat losses. Russia would lose their whole fleet of bombers in one attack, without a chance to replace them with new ones. America has a bit more bombers and currently has some production going again, but is also unable to replace them fast enough. That's why nobody dares to try carpet bombing anymore.
The U.S. (my country, shamefully at this time) screwed Ukraine over when we talked them into giving their nuclear weapons to Russia. We OWE Ukraine EVERYTHING they need to win this war & MORE. We owe it to them to help rebuild Ukraine when this Hell ends. We will NEVER be able to repay them for all the lives lost, but we MUST step up and do whatever they ask of us. Period.
Death to ruzzia!
Glory to the Ukranian Heroes, both Military AND Civilian! π πΊπ¦ π
The Russians drink too much vodka that's how they set their own shelter in fire.
The last piece in your vid was very heart-rending. I'm a grandfather with children of similar age and I love them to bits.
Perun just did a video about why strategic bombing citizens and public infrastructure does not work to lessen morale. It did not work in Korea, in Vietnam, in London or even Leningrad. Maybe Putin should watch PERUN's video.
Part Deux: The Swedish government has refused to sell the Gripen to the Ukrainian Air Force. Considering the fact the Putin is targeting innocent women and children in the Ukraine i think Sweden's choice is shameful.
He defeintly thinks ruisa is week he just thinks we don't know yet… Foo lol
I em living in Finland and I just se that it can take a year before Sweden can join Nato?? But it is just the time it takes to move the reflex from their kamuflasje uniforms!

The Russian sympathiser was mobilised and sent to his death by Russia….. That's almost funny
