The truth is that the ukrainian army is in lack of ammunitions at the same time as Russians are sending thousands of soldiers to get killed. The ukrainian army is in a defensive position, and for the moment (besides for the Krinky's zone)their only operations are to ambush the reinforcements, push on the front line, and cut the russian supplies.
