Russian forces are believed to have blown up a bridge over the Dnipro River to prevent a Ukrainian pursuit. It was unclear how many Russian troops were still waiting to cross, although the Russian Telegram channel Rybar suggested the retreat was complete.

  1. In the beginning, the woman said "our boys" it doesn't look like she hates Russian soldiers. As a Russian, I cannot understand why the command decided to leave Kherson. And why evacuate people from there? If we left this city almost without a fight. If there was an evacuation of the population, this may mean that soon our Russian soldiers will again go on the offensive. If the Russian soldiers were not going to return there, they would not have evacuated the civilian population.
