  1. I would gladly go electric is they gained batteries that werent as fragile or volitile and if the entire thing was open source, not tracked and packed with drm, and it was actually fixable at home

  2. The electricity hike by the government failure has hiked the cost of charging up an EV and not only paying a high electric bill to charge the car you don't get the full range of the vehicle though you paid the full cost of the charge of the vehicle. πŸ˜‚

  3. Maybe the electric Porsche was not cost-effective
Maybe the legacy automotive industry to not produce them profitably
Maybe there is not a Tesla coming off the line that has not been sold
Maybe it's because they find themselves producing cost-effective, fun, technically superior vehicles than their competitors that are trying to reward themselves for being incompetent

  4. EVs are simply a fad that will fade away like the pet rock , as EVs are so unreliable and expensive to maintain maybe petrock is what they will become. Except a petrock won't burn your entire neighborhood down and kill everyone . Unless your in LA where they seem to be stylish.

  5. 8:30 Carrot means reward for desired behavior. Stick means punishment for undesired behavior. I think it comes from the idea of dangling a carrot in front of a mule to make him pull a wagon, but beating him with a stick when the carrot doesn't work. He's saying that government incentives and penalties related to buying/not buying EV's is working. The big difference between internal combustion vehicles and EV's is that the adoption of internal combustion vehicles was natural and didn't need to government forcing you to adopt a product that is less practical than the alternative.

  6. The writing is on the wall! Of course, the price of gas vehicles has risen 20%. They have to make up cost loss of EV's and electric plug-in stations throughout each city. To falsely raise the number of registered EV cars is unfathomable. It takes a high volume of fresh ground water during the manufacturing process of the ion lithium batteries. They have built several plants in a water starved state of Arizona. A fire broke out recently in California at a ion lithium battery storage plant. Fire fighters couldn't extinguish it due to the chemicals and high heat. It is left to burn out because of the risk to the fire fighters. There is an article that shows the negative environmental impact during the manufacturing process. As it is EV's put a stress on each cities electric grid. Consumers need to see through the smoke and mirrors. Thank you for your informative video. Job well done!

  7. Well, isn't that interesting. ICE cars growing more expensive while EVs are apparently the one thing in the west currently getting cheaper.

I wonder if anyone is doing anything to fudge the numbers, at all

  8. What I find hilarious is that they genuinely believed we'd just listen to their propaganda like it's the 90s or something.

The powers that be didn't seem to realise that 2016 happened.
