The whole yaskue thing is so strange to me. Either leftists claim to like Japanese culture but feel the need to rewrite it or they claim to hate it but feel the need to play/develop a game within that culture. They do this all the time to European cultures, but it's long been established that "white man bad". Here they are doing it to what they consider a "diverse" people.

I’m saddened by the fact that Assassin's Creed Shadows is receiving so much criticism and hate, even though it hasn’t been released yet. There are employees behind the game who are trying their best. However, all this hatred is justified after Ubisoft's continuous mistakes, which have increasingly disappointed consumers. Personally, I didn’t even bother to play AC Mirage, even though I’ve played all the AC games, and I mean… ALL of them. However, I will give the new AC Shadows one last chance. If it disappoints me, then it will be the last time I engage with this franchise.

Why is this not a han solo game
This game is going to be great. Just have that special gut feeling. I was hating on it at first though. AC doesn’t have to be 100 accurate, it like any any movie or other piece of media. As long as it’s good much of that stuff doesn’t really matter.

I'm sick of Ubisoft's low effort, same formula, phoned in half assed games!!! For years we've been getting the same game over and over with the added disgustingness of DEI shit! I'm pretty sure they're just recycling game code, which is why Farcry, Assassins Creed, Any other 3rd person open world are all the same game from one to the next maybe with very few subtle differences. SW Outlaws and AC Shadows will be no different, people need to not support this crap and let these games bomb hard!!!
It's a pity that the normies out there are the ones that make up the majority, otherwise we might stand a chance getting a message across to these studios that this isn't near good enough.

Right now I am so enjoying Stardew Valley. An indie game developed by one guy. It has been round for few years but I just discovered it few weeks ago and I am so hooked! This is what gaming should be about. Something new, interesting and fun! Not for everyone but miles away from AC or SW or greedy ESO… definitely reigniting my love of gaming after so much boredom of predictable games with the usual lazy fetch quests or zombies invasions saving the world. Boooooring. Like in ESO. No creativity there just money extraction exercise.

Yasuke was only there for three years historically. He learned to speak Japanese, how to fight with Japanese weapons better than the locals, and presumably changed Japanese history for the better like any other Assassin's Creed protagonist does in the country he or she operates in. Getting some "white savior" vibes here.
