Ubisoft so inconsistent. If you care about DEI, ESG, you should promote remote working. Goes to show, companies don't give a fuck, they just do it for money. DEI, ESG scores focusing on the wrong things. Start being more effective by actually empowering the workers to give opinions, rather than shutting them down.
ESG should be remote working. ESG should be 360 appraisals, where bosses gets evaluated by workers too. ESG should be fair wages, humane working hours etc.

If these employees were actually doing a good job and making a good game, I would agree with them remaining at home, but it's pretty clear that they aren't doing much besides engaging in their diversity support groups so there is no risk of losing talent because its clear that there is none. Nobody is looking forward to any of their releases so it doesn't matter how long they get delayed. Working from home is a privilege not a right

It helps consolidate all IP into a network that is either blocked from external connections or os heavily monitored for malicious connections. Tons of companies pay for these services and you as a private individual can literally Google organizations openly advertising their services to commit felonies. Well, felonies on Western Civilization.
