I played Origins and Odyssey for the settings alone, not the AC brand. The RPG pool noodle combat and stiff "free run" parkour strengthened my immune system to this low tier garbage. Ghost of Tsushima offers exactly what we asked of Ubisoft and it follows the(at the time) newly instated tradition of having no hidden blade or the Templars or the actual brotherhood of Assassins.
