Join a tour to the famous “Lost City”, to the “Atlantis of the Sands” called Ubar in Oman.

The Arabian equivalent of Atlantis, an old, famous city disappeared not into the ocean – but into the desert sands. In legends this city is called Ubar, the “Atlantis of the Sands.” But Ubar, seems to really exist. Join a ride to the famous archeological site – and to the kick off to our first real adventure of this motorcycle journey, in the harsh Rub Al Khali desert of Oman.

  3. Amazing!! So beautiful!!! My Son is leaving for there next week! He will be going there, Jordan, Dubai and Isreal. Anyone have any tidbits and suggestions for him- let me know! I am excited yet very nervous it’s his first trip out of the U.S.

  11. I lived in Abu Dhabi many years ago and explored the desert in an old Landrover,it is a magical place and the Omani people are probably the friendliest and hospitable people i have ever come across.
