  1. 'May this murdered child's family, friends, and community be comforted and strengthened. The servicewoman should pay the price in prison if she has abused alcohol and taken an innocent life.

  2. A vehicular homicide is just that, no matter what country you are in. This kind of behavior from a member of US military service is abhorrent and she deserves to be punished by the Italian court.

  3. This is similar to what happened in Japan. The US military better get it together. We are living in different times. These countries & their people are getting wary of us having bases there & when they don’t receive justice for loved ones, it won’t be good for the future.

  4. human beings are a terrible creation; god should be ashamed of itself. motor vehicles / driving is a terrible creation, and alcohol certainly has its drawbacks. combining two of the three is troubling. combining all three is a nightmare

  5. It would be very disrespectful if she is extradited. That would undermine justice, and be tantamount to fleeing responsibity. Italia is a modern, fair democracy. Extraditing her would be offensily cowerdly. Think about the feelings of the bereaved parents.
