I'm all in favour of the auditing community as, generally speaking, they raise awareness for the benefit of Joe Public and hold public officials to account for bad behaviour. However, I feel this auditor goes out of his way to be confrontational and to goad said officials – this is unnecessary, in my view, and makes the auditor out as an amateur. Sometimes it is better to keep silent and appear foolish, than open your mouth and confirm it.
Hats off to your audit efforts. My suggestion is something needs to improve at the police academies. Those students USUALLY INSUFFICIENTLY schooled / Trained by veteran burned out cops with tyrannt leanings.

A camera is the witness that never lies and can not be intimidated. That is why cops, public officials and other criminals fear being recorded by the public.
You have to have a very guilty conscious to be afraid of someone with a camera standing close enough to record what you are doing and saying. And a supersized sense of superiority to think you do not have to identify yourself to the public.
Usually when anyone steps within 12inches of you, they either get slapped or slammed. You don't get that close to someone unless you're going to give them a kiss or hug.
