That is NOT true!! You can still talk if you cannot breath. I was in the hospital because I was having a hard time breathing but I could talk.
Why do cops think they can tell a citizen, "A free citizen, in a free country, with the freedom of movement," that they have to leave and keep going where they were going? What if that spot is where they were going? Do they now have to leave were they were going? Were is the logic in that?
I personally believe cops should have two years of Academy, at their expense, before becoming an Agent of Law Enforcement. One year of wich is dedicated to laws and civil rights. They other on the, "Constitution, procedures, officer conduct, and public safety. Being an Agent of Law Enforcement is not a safe profession so, stop with officer safety. If they want safety, work at a pillow factory.
