A person exists in a position within a government agency because the people allow them to. No agency of government can exist without the people. All agencies of government work for the people but for some reason, many agencies think that the people are there to serve at their command, this is insane. There are no aspects of a government agency that exists that should serve itself or any individual within an agency, they all serve the people.
Panhandling is allowed, it's free speech, and if you have a concealed gun permit they've no right to say no to that either. Plus your allowed to sit on those chair's and sleep if you want and hang out people watching if you want 😂😂😂

I believe security guards do not get the proper training. I have seen viedos where they have come off the property they are working at, and follow someone down the street, around the block. Demanding ID from someone and telling them to leave public property. And to think they have the right to use a weapon on someone.
