  1. Danbury, Corrupticut “Infraction”Trial Update I’ve been on trial in Danbury since Tuesday January 17th. We are currently in recess for the weekend. The trial will resume Monday at 2:00PM. The reason it’s taking so long is because for some reason, unknown to me, we are only able to have the trial for a couple of hours or less everyday. So far two witnesses have testified, we are currently on the third. The trial will resume on Monday, January 23rd at 2:00PM. Remember, This isn’t a jury trial, this is a bench trial. They took away my right to a jury trial by dropping all the criminal charges against me. I truly appreciate everyone that’s been coming to my trial to support me. Make sure to stay tuned to my community posts for further updates. Don’t forget to turn in notifications as well because this trial is being recorded. You won’t want to miss it! #wethepeople

  3. I find this very disquieting. A cop or lower grade public official behaving like this is common. But the District Attorney? The one person in the building that should know the law to the letter, attempting to violate constitutional rights of a citizen that’s not creating any type of disturbance, and non threatening in any way. They just don’t get it….they’re there to SERVE, NOT RULE! This isn’t a monarchy. It’s a democratic republic. Damn!

    They would love to violate your rights.
    They are so inbred down there.
    I bet in your first 5 minutes they would come right after your throat!

  15. The most concerning was the district guy but the clerk seemed fine to me even though they were a little off balance win with your request but at least they weren’t rude or demanding for you to stop recording them, which I found refreshing

  17. This reminds me of a 3-stooges skit, when they were require to show a press pass, so they went to the bathroom and removed the faucet handle that said press on it. It worked for them….
