  1. Best way I can put this is something I probably shouldn't tell.

I grew up being abused by my father. By 20 years old he tried and he couldn't. I literally did some boxing dodging and he tried his hardest to get me to the ground so I couldn't dodge his punches.
Never did I swing. It's because I have more respect for him then he does for me.

    Now I'm 24. I haven't spoken to him in 6 months.

3 weeks ago I got him on video of him yelling at my mother,

"I don't have his number, I deleted it. He's blocked. He's dead to me, I wish he was dead, I wish he killed himself""

He didn't know I was visiting my mother while my truck was in the shop.

The same night he texted my sister 😅"I'm never going to forgive him"

All I said for him to say that was "your son dug a hole and won't stop digging"

Idk. Yall. Lmk if I should keep avoiding him

  2. This is how folks should be. Accepting, helpful, & neighborly. The world would be a better place if it was more line the old days. progress for progess' sake is what's destroying this world. I just discovered Tyler Childers and regret not having done so earlier. You're a great man Tyler with an even greater message.

  3. “There’s Hindus Jews and Muslims” implying they are in heaven with Christian’s. This is not a gospel song at all. You must accept Jesus as your lord and savior and those three groups do not.

  4. This song definitely woke me up. The first time I listened to it was after hitting my head super hard. Pretty sure I had a Concussion. But it gave me a totally different perspective on life and how to enjoy all the minutes with family and friends. How to appreciate others and different perspectives. Pease prosperity and God.

  5. This fellow and his friends really make quality music, stories, videos, content… At this point I'm genuinely a little upset I haven't found Tyler Childers' music much much sooner. I'm thankful I've found it now!

  6. Does anyone know who the guy playing the “alcoholic friend” is? He’s in several of their videos. I am just wondering if there is a back story. Is he just an actor? Friend of the band?
