We simualte a US Strike on the 2023 Russian Black Sea fleet. US uses two C-17 Globemasters with Rapid Dragon dispensed AGM-158C LRASM anti-ship missiles, escorted by F-22 Raptors and F-15E fighter jets. The Russians defend with S-400 SAMs, Su-35 Super Flankers and Su-57 Felons.

The R-77 just decides to not track the Raptor right at the last moment. Why would it do that?
I know this is a simulation that, while is about as reasonably good as they can make it, it really isn’t illustrative of much BUT this is exactly why I am not concerned about Putin using a nuke.
Putin can’t gain air superiority against Ukraine over one year after the start of the war. No offense to Ukraine but Ukraine’s air force is like a god damn newborn in comparison to the United States’s. Ukraine has the army to win. If Putin used a nuke then “all” we’d have to do is “just” send in our air forces. We’d gain air supremacy basically immediately and turn it into a bloodbath. Putin’s soldiers would basically be given the choice of surrender, die, or leave Ukraine.
But this is also why Crimea needs to come before the Donbas. So we can maximize this leverage.

What about an An-124 instead of a C-17? Why must it by an American transport? Secondly why not the Ukrainian R-360 Neptune anti-ship missiles? Could they be air dropped too?

According to the Rumble comment, Lider class destroyers are not yet confirmed to be in service, but the Russian authorities have not yet confirmed of this situation. But it seems like the Russian authorities are considering the Super Gorshkov frigate. The payload includes,
VLS: Same VLS as Gorshkov Frigate.
Attack missiles:
P-800 Oniks missiles.
Kalibr-NK missiles.
(For super Gorshkov frigate only) Tsirkon or Zircon attack missile.
SAMS:
(super Gorshkov frigate only) 48N6E2 S-300P naval missiles.
9M96M S-350 vityaz missiles.
9M100 Sosna missiles.
Guns are the same as the Admiral Gorshkov frigate.
If the Lider class destroyers are approved, then S-500 missile system will launch a naval version of it.
