  1. Scotty Barnes had no chance of blocking that but he already made the decision to jump and try before the shot was made. If the golden state player decided to do a fake and reverse layup then he would have had a good chance to block it. People can’t make decisions that quickly and we only have the benefit of slow motion replay.
