It’s wrong to use images from Disney resorts in separate states. Disneyland is in California, while Walt Disney World is in Florida. In the USA, there’re multiple levels of safety compliance jurisdictions. There’s federal, state, county, & municipal and depending on specific laws & the laws’ enforcement regulations, there may superseding and/or dual compliance burdens. Fascinating Horrors should be careful in generalizations and indiscriminate mixing of locations in it’s YouTube video documentaries.
The monorail accident image at 1:15 is actually from Walt Disney World in Florida. Also the monorail footage at 9:32 is also Florida.

As soon as I saw the title of this video, I immediately thought "He's going to talk about America Sings, isn't he?" A horrifying story.
I love Disney Parks, but I'm also not afraid to criticize the hell out of them. That said, though I can fault Disney for SO MANY THINGS, their focus on guest safety is always commendable. As FH said, no theme park is 100% safe, but Disney has always been a pretty solid example of maintaining safety in a theme park and adjusting to make sure incidents that do occur never happen again.
Disney still does the mooring line, and you constantly will put the mooring line (at Nemo) on while the boat is in a bit of motion, although there is a silicone thing around the rope and I assume it's designed to resist the force of it breaking for this reason, and assume it's for this reason. Along with this, you have to jump on the slippery hatch to seal the sub doors. It's a Disney magic miracle there are not more incidents tbh
If you don't want your channel deleted better not research the "disney cruise disappearance".
Hundreds, if not thousands of children have been abducted from the Disney theme parks. Never to be seen again.

I remember the incident of the young lady who lost her life on the America Sings attraction. As a little girl my dad took my brother, sister and I to Disneyland the SAME day this incident occurred. We had got on that ride early in the evening…..most likely a little before the accident. I remember my dad being shocked the next morning in our hotel when reading the morning paper and that story was in there. Almost 50 years later, and I never forgot this. I remember asking my dad how could anything bad happen because the stage was moving so slow??? He just told me he didn't know.
A large number of deaths from any amusement park are the deceased’s fault.
Disney doesn't lose in courty. They only settle, for an undisclosed sum.

Not Disneyland or much of the park I was at's fault but I have a fair incident I wanna share
I was at my state fair one year, about 5 years ago now, and as the day was winding down, rain was looking likely, and all of a sudden, it HIT. Instant rain, which suprised me and my family, so my dad told me to take shelter underneath a nearby building.
I RAN, because I hated the cold rain, when all of a sudden, this other person came charging me and BOWLED ME OVER at dang near full speeds, his only response was a "sorry" as I was left with a horribly skinned knee that would take a week to fully heal, I was luckier than a lottery winner that we were close to the medical center where they got ice and a bandage. I was in tears, u couldn't tell because of the rain, but anybody within about a 30 feet distance could hear me screaming like a banshee. It was awful 😖

I feel bad for Disney it wasn't there fault that Deborah stone wasn't supposed to be the idiot family shouldn't have won that lawsuit
"No cause for alarm" many people and staff heard her screams for 2 acts, before someone finally went to the staff and told them to check it out. The guests thought it was part of the act, the staff ignored her thinking it was guests screaming happily.

Thank you for having a diagram example of how America Sings operated. I'm not familiar with the attraction since I am not from the U.S.
But I have read about what happened to Deborah Gail Stone online and it was a headscratcher of how she died.
