  1. Twitter has more users now than before Elon took over. All the people saying “it’s collapsing” are blue check elitists who are now upset that they aren’t special anymore. Some are really upset they had to pay $15,000 grand for a little blue circle and now anyone gets it for $8…

  2. I am curious why anyone would stay at a company that lays off half it's work force, cancels work from home, and tells everyone they have a hard road ahead probably with no pay change. Why would I want to work way harder and lose perks at the same time.

The notion that employees should care deeply about a companies future that they have no permanent stake in is absurd and tone def. This is not a problem unique to twitter, but it is amplified by their tough times…

  3. wow did Mogul only spend like 1.5 min researching this? Elon posted there were 4 people doing the same job so he fired 3 of them >.> over staffing makes things go quickly but also over staffing adds complexity and as Elon says complexity for its own sake is a flaw, with in days of his take over there were stock shorts trying to short tesla stock and drive the price down attacking Elon's other companies, why? to make money 🙂 geed and self interest is what drives the world and who really cares AOC? nope she was complaining about her blue check mark costing 8 dollars days after he took over just like the rest of them when she saves hundreds of thousands of dollars using twitter to keep her voters engaged.

lol oh well that was my 3 cents to much more typing and I would need to make a video about this and god I would hate to do that lol.

  4. Lol the people who don't understand the parody rule are just intentionally being ignorant because they have gained from people believing these fake accounts are real. It's the best change made to twitter so far.

  5. 34:56 my first mmo,
shit mmo not even worth mentioning the name but
put talisman up for trade to show someone what i had so they could pick what to buy, had no idea what they were worth.
he put in a decent amount that looked sizable to me at the time, i could get my weapon with it that was hard to get.
i clicked trade, forgeting that he bought 1 talisman and i put up 20, and there was no way back and i got hella fucked.

I once almost got scammed out of my steam account, by a website that copy-pasted its code, but i still recognised it was sus immediately after the fuck up and changed my account fast enough to have nothing happen to it.

Never again did i get scammed by anything ever again.
In fact i somehow managed to scam someone trying to scam me in the exact way they were trying to scam me.
It's scam or be scammed in noob mmo world.

  6. Social media has turned republics back into direct democracy. Everything is now controlled by a damn mob. Politicians and the media direct the mob, but at the end of the day, the politicians are also slaves to it.

The only thing I can think of to lessen the stupidity is to make senators appointed directly by the states again.

  7. Basically the whole twitter thing that's happening seems to me like the slightly smarter than average person known as Elon Musk is realizing that running a social media platform is a lot harder than he thought it was, and that just shouting free speech can't fix the problems he thought were super simple to fix.

  8. I love how Zack (famous for a lot of clown takes) has a very sober opinion on this situation unlike screaming-babies with a checkmark like L3L3. 😅
People faking accounts are getting banned based on Twitter rules that were created before musk. Still i liked the idea that Elon pitched, but his execution right now is total clusterfuck. 😢

  9. It was never about free speech or money. Musk just wants more power and to have a real impact on real-world events instead of being an absolute joke.

  10. Also, he fired TWITTER's board of directors. As far as we know he could have his own circle of advisors, taking that shit as a given is a bad move on both of you

  11. Elon is an idot.

Everony warned him how making the ckeckmark a verification was a bad idea and that people will abuse it which is exactly what happened. People were posing as companies and politicians spewing bullshit.

  12. turning twitter pay to win not only removed the fake accounts but also gave a checkmark to some people who really deserved it and couldn't get it before, jesus waited 2022 years to get his but now he finally got verified and it's all thanks to elon's genius changes.

  13. This community will say no charity it’s a business blah blah blah but then ignore the billions of charity Elon was given by the govt and our taxes. Elon is the biggest welfare king out of all of us. You can say it’s a business all you want but it’s not “just a business”
    When it’s subsidized by us

  14. twitter is the niche that was filled by people who liked posting to facebook about inane things that weren't really 'post' worthy, the people who would have 'conversations' with the faceless mob that their friendslist was, the people that thought they were being paid attention to in that kind of context.
Twitter is for 'hot takes', 'one liners', and uncensored shower thoughts that might be a good idea to share in the moment, but you'll inevitably cringe about them later. Twitter is the inner monologue that you had in middle school when the bully bullied you and you talked shit back to them in your head but never actually said anything in real life.

  15. People crying about the first amendment every time they face consequences for their speech are so fucking annoying.

For the love of fuck, the first amendment protects you from government censorship. Ad companies are not the government, they are free to support or not support whoever they want for whatever they say.

  16. I'm not an Elon fan, and I love Ludwig, but I think his views and most of the popular streamers views are absolutely braindead. This is literally "leopards ate my face". Elon saying he's for free speech doesn't mean "spam the N word". Radical racists on the far right think that. And evidently, the people screaming "leopards ate my face" think that too. But no rational person thinks that's what the discussion is about. Screaming "OH MY GOD THE BUILDING'S ON FIRE" while actively pouring gasoline and lighting it on fire doesn't prove your point, it just makes you look like an idiot.

And that's not to say the building isn't on fire, Twitter is a filthy cesspool and I'm very confident Elon will come out of this at a huge loss, and with a lot of stress and regret. But people are grasping at straws to defend old Twitter, as if Elon's changed anything. If anything, the only change that's been made is that Japanese users are reporting that controversial topics are now less common after he fired the content moderation team. Otherwise, it's the same Twitter, if not better, for the 99% of users who don't care about Twitter Blue or checkmarks. He's gonna burn a lot of money, but for regular users literally nothing has changed so far.

  17. The best thing about Musk mess up that make him chaotically try to get some of his money back, is that he now has to put all his focus into twitter..
So now he only do dumb things there and say dumb things about that. and since twitter do not matter at all. its a win, because now he do not have time to say dumb stuff about things that matters.

Granted it's a plus to see the house burn down because Musk just make dumb choice after dumb choice in hopes of getting a few bucks back so he only lose 40 billion instead of 44 billion of something worthless he never wanted to buy in the first place.

Some of the most funny is with the mark that he made useless. and anyone actually buying it for any other reason that messing with Musk and companies is just dumb sheep.
But those who buy it and then make tweets for big companies and crate chaos.
Lockheed Martin for one. one made a tweet about not selling arms to nations in conflict with human rights. And within hours the stock had dropped value for billions.
And that is just one of them.
I think some of these companies will sue him for it ( not that I think they will win ) and since it was twitter wanting to sue him that forced him to buy twitter in the first place that would be fun.
So fun to see the thing just burn. And listen to all the sheep trying to say how this is good and Musk is the man.. They still do not get he is not doing anything for them, or freedom or to save twitter, he just want you to give some of his money.

And as a note to Asmon saying companies paused adds because of activist and such.. well that is a guess. make sense for companies to see what changes will be made before putting money into it.
So I just do not know, and Asmon do not either.
But what we do know is that the new things Musk have done have caused some companies to lose millions if not billions of dollars. all so he could get 8 dollar per blue mark.
So if anything Musk himself is the cause of companies running away from twitter. Not activist. not the left, or right. But Musk.
