Welp, I kind of worried this would happen when I realized Ray wasn't aware of the release quality controversy but it sucks to see FINAL nonetheless. Hopefully he'll give it another go once they actually finish the game

As someone who played Alot of Stardew Valley and watched each of Ray's stardew valley playthroughs I understand the burnout from farming games. But Coral Island is something special I love this game and its so fun to watch and play. I hope Ray makes this Farming Friday a thing with this game.
As sad as I am about Ray not continuing Coral Island, I do get it, I love the game but it's a bit of a mess at times. I'd love to see a cozy game Friday being a thing even if it's just one offs of chill games

Played through an entire year of this game so far. It's got a TON of promise, but it just isn't ready for a full playthrough even if Ray did want to do one.
Its funny that i got the game because i saw Ray play it…and at first i feel for the game because the design and the characters….but after a week all into this game, to the point ive cleaned the corals, married a character and found out how to cheat the game a bit with what to sell. Its a shame we wont be able to see Ray continue it, but at the point of development the game is and streaming wise….i actually think its best if he doesnt stream it….after cleaning the coral theres not much to do.

I completely understand the farming game burn out, but I do like he cozy streams, even if they are one off games. Itās part of the reason I love placid plastic duck simulator so much. It helps balance the chaotic chibi streams haha. Anyways, love for everyone who reads this. Letās keep being the best frogs out there!
