A couple more good ones:

3, 5, 7 by Cam’ron – Magnum PI
Don’t the song titles off hand but Onyx, Mase, and AZ each sampled the Welcome Back Kotter theme.
Another good sample idea relating to themes would be sports themes (for example: BOMBS by Fabolous, Let Me Know by Cam’ron, and Heart of a Champion by Nelly).
1st example, Scooby Doo, Demigodz used that for Dead in the Middle produced by Apathy.
The Final Hour by MF DOOM also samples Dark Shadows…
