Hello Everyone!! We were super excited to create this video with a local renter Justin. He currently has over 80 cars and will have over 100 by the end of the year. He is on his way to have over 900 vehicles by the end of 2023. We thought it would be fun to take a look at the difference between our small fleet and a larger fleet. We went over TONS of information in this podcast, including the following:
– How we got started
– Different ways to run a fleet (your own cars vs someone elses)
– Financing vs cash
– Maintenance
– Insurance
– Best ways to expand your Turo fleet
– Building a fleet
– Some struggles you run into

Very informative video 🔥
Excited to see the channel grow 🚀
Don’t you have to verify that taxes were paid on the cars you list? Doing TRP sounds smart. Just wondering about taxes. Dealers don’t pay sales tax. Great video!
I didn't understand the point made at 10:54, the guy said he charged turo $250 right away… it was difficult to hear. I played it 10 times and couldn't understand what he said…
What are these people doing with the cars driving to Mexico?
Very informative. Please use a mic next time and better ‘like’ grammar 😅 you said ‘like’ almost like 250 ltimes 😂
we need Justin back! Great video
Great video, will have to see it again
My goals are much smaller than his goals, imagine that robotaxi with a fleet like that
What cars should I start with I’m new
The volume on this video sucks!! I can’t understand hardly anything he’s saying. Sounds like he’s mumbling or trying to whisper my volume is all the way up
I’ve seen so many videos on this subject and this by far is one of the most informative, thank you. Does Justin have any other videos online? What’s his last name?
Love your content, but please sort the sound out ASAP!!my speakers are on full again and i can hardly hear whats being said a lot of the time.
Your not kidding about the new car jinx
Loved this video! Crazy, the Arizona market is the opposite of most. Summer is slow there but I'm looking forward to it in the Virginia beach market.
Sorry for the rookie question…I'm in the middle of your video, so maybe you'll address this. My BIGGEST question about building a Turo fleet is where to park 15-20 cars. Do you have a big personal residence with lots of parking? Do you rent space? Do you just juggle cars in and out of public parking/shopping centers? This is boggling my mind! And for access into the cheaper cars that don't have app-enabled unlock, do you recommend the window-affixed lockboxes? Thanks so much for your insights!
So is this guy talking to border patrol about this stuff?
Great discussion! So informative! Thank you!
Kick ass interview🎉👍🏽
Curious of those cohosted-Tesla owners are now up side down and sticking around longer! Especially after Tesla cut the new car prices😮
