Time to start a new modded series in Surviving Mars Below & Beyond. This series will focus on terraforming the planet while its colonists live underground, waiting for the day they can explore the surface of a green Mars. Technologies are being researched allowing me to clear the underground tunnels, and a perfectly timed event (The Extract) will help protect the fledgling colony.

  1. big thing id say is start expanding outwards. the UCP means you can toss an automated extractor out with a single wind turbine and itll run 24/7 no sweat use a series of drone hubs to keep them up and youre golden

    Also still say you should check stranded alien dawn its right up your alley game wise

  5. You are going through what I've experienced with automation starts at the highest difficulty possible and that is getting an established metals stream going very early. I've done the wind generator and MP factory loop where one builds a lot of wind generators to power the MP factory which turns out MP to build more generators, etc. But battery/panel is a solution that i did not consider, even though I have used BPV for power on a lot of conventional game starts.

  7. so where is the tunnel extract ? i watched 34 minutes for what ? easy gameplay. not what the videoname is. trying to understand how to get a flux of people undergound / outside, also tourists.
