Moscow is a very nice city. However, the further you get from Moscow, the worse the cities are. Some even have faucet water that looks like boiled sewage (mega pollution), others have severe power issues and infrastructure problems, etc… All in all, it's a nice country, but a lot of the people are very anti-American. We can thank Britain for that, for pushing their "blame it all" on America film tours… May God bless us all, in Christ Jesus name I pray, Amen 😇

Most Americans are surprised there are nice cities outside the us that are way larger, older and sometimes a lot nicer than what we have here. I would say it depends on what you are looking for.
