  2. I agree with Rich, although being an entrepreneur or high-level management in a profession is not for everyone. I am an engineer working in IT, and my wife is a part time teacher. From our early 20s we worked consistently and diligently, invested wisely mainly in real estate (home and rental investments), and we made sure we did not waste money on stuff we didn't need. Be frugal in areas that matter, e.g. never ever buying high depreciation items like new commuter cars, furniture or designer clothes. We cooked our own meals, and never bought cocktails. Delayed gratification, sure, but we still had fun all the time and enjoyed holidays and having two kids. We are now 60 years plus, 30 years into our wonderful marriage, and very wealthy. Own a $5M house, going on sailing adventures our $500k yacht, no debt, plenty of superannuation for retirement. Be consistent, avoid debt, enjoy climbing the mountain, and revel in getting to the top.

  3. Rich, you give the boys a bunch of advice, allow me to give you a piece. You should consider collaborating with wifyschool to have a weekly/monthly podcast. It would be very interesting and I think you would get a considerable gain in female viewership
