I was assaulted by Reza Kolahifar, asst. superintendent of Connetquot School District, a public school district on Long Island, NY., for recording student artwork in the lobby of District Office, not a school. He tackled me into the wall, spraining my wrist, stole my phone, and wouldn’t let me up or down the stairs to wait for police. The disgustingly cowardly superintendent Joseph Centamore trespassed me from district property, preventing me from attending public meetings to redress government.
Can anyone meet me to conduct a sorely needed audit on this district; I’ll record from the sidewalk.

b. Contains the name or image of any Attorney Shield employee, third-party contractor (including supporting attorney/legal operations staff), or affiliate.
This restricts the sharing of video content, including footage recorded during interactions facilitated through the platform. Depending on interpretation, this could affect distribution of videos recorded during public interactions involving government employees.
3. Law Firm Terms of Service (Section 5 – Restrictions):
> With respect to your use of the Legal Services, you agree that you will not:
d. Perform First Amendment audits while utilizing the Legal Services or related activities involving:
a. Filming or recording from a public space, within a public space, and outside a public space for the purpose of educating and reporting to the public that photography of a public space is not a crime;
b. Individual-initiated contact with law enforcement for the explicit purpose of filming or recording covert scenarios designed to initiate an illegal stop for what could be perceived as illegal conduct.
This provision mirrors the Attorney Shield restriction on First Amendment audits and emphasizes that such activities are prohibited during legal service engagements.
4. Geographic and Jurisdictional Limitations
Law Firm Terms of Service (Section 1 – Scope):
> Legal Services do not cover, and the Law Firm expressly refuses to provide Legal Services, where the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and/or 6th Amendments to the United States Constitution are applied in an abridged form or not applied, including, without limitation, when the law enforcement initiated contact occurs on tribal lands, United States military installations or outside of the fifty states that comprise the United States of America (“Non-Covered Locations”).
This limits the geographic applicability of First Amendment protections during interactions covered by the service, potentially affecting individuals filming on tribal lands or military installations.

1. Users cannot conduct First Amendment audits while using the Attorney Shield Platform or related Legal Services.

TSA arrested me there because I had a "martial arts weapon"
The protocol for carrying on items that are prohibited. You check in or surrender it to TSA. Lost my flight, had to reschedule another flight. The CT state police didn't know what to do, so they arrested me. They have a substation on the airport property. They dropped me back off at the gate and I had to fly into another airport, rent a vehicle to drive to other airport to get baggage. Then I go to court and the prosecutor,was a bigger dick. Showed him TSA guidelines,which states a button has to be checked in. Prosecutor cops an attitude and says: ARE YOU COUNCIL. I stated I wasn't, and he proceeded to tell me, come back and say with COUNCIL or $500
