  1. Dear Michelle: just started the Day 2 challenge (a bit behind but you know how some days can go), assembled supplies and watched the video: you almost made me cry! Your issue about the imperfection of the sky got me! So often I do a less than stellar job, and then I despair! But seeing how you handled your painting: wait for it to dry, then add more paint! Not a frustration but a way of making it work! No need to start over.. just let it dry! Sounds almost like a lesson about life. Your tutorials are easy to follow and give results, even with challenges. PS- the oil pastel technique is brilliant!

  2. Thank you for the time, effort and creative energy you have put into this series of winter landscapes. I am really enjoying painting along with you. I’m learning so much. I really need to spend more time studying snow scenes, but it’s a bit difficult here in the sun tropics as we launch into summer 😂
