On Wednesday, Ohio Senator JD Vance formally accepted the GOP Vice Presidential nomination, coming on Day 3 of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. Former President Donald Trump, who’s been seen wearing a bandage on his right ear following an assassination attempt during a weekend rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, announced the pick earlier this week. Introduced by his wife, Usha Vance, the 39-year-old detailed his own life story and said, “Tonight is a night of hope. A celebration of what America once was, and with God’s grace, what it will soon be again.” His speech comes on the same day that President Biden’s campaign said Vice President Harris accepted a date of August 12th for a debate with Vance on CBS. The Trump campaign would not commit.

I believe JD is going to be good for President Trump tell change this country for all of us I believe the demon Kratts will not be able to controlor put my fellow Americans in bondage any longer God protect President Trump and VPJD Vancehope that President Trump and VP JD Vance will bring positive change to our country. I believe that they have the best intentions for all Americans and will work to improve our nation. My thoughts are with all my fellow Americans, and I hope for a peaceful and united future.

  7. “I can’t stomach Trump,” Vance said in an interview with NPR, when describing why he would vote for a third-party candidate. “I think that he’s noxious and is leading the white working class to a very dark place.”

    He even considered voting for Hillary Clinton over Trump: “I think there’s a chance, if I feel like Trump has a really good chance of winning, that I might have to hold my nose and vote for Hillary Clinton.”

  23. President Trump. If you truly believe it was divine intervention which saved your life, it should have an impact which would change any man's perspective on life. It does show on your face as you arrived at the convention hall.

    It's also revealing to me why you chose the author of 'Hillbilly-Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis', to be your running mate.

    It gives new meaning to the phrase "American-Carnage", which you famously used during your inaugural address in 2017. Back then, I felt that you were mainly referring to Inner-City crime in the same way Biden and Clinton made racist reference to "Super-predators", which augured in an era of mass incarceration.

    Hillbilly-elegy at this juncture gives new emphasis to your past inaugural speech, because the e l e g y is also a lamentation of the tragic consequence of an Untold and long series of suicides which followed what you refer to in your inaugural speech as. . . . , 

    "But for too many of our citizens, a different reality exists: Mothers and children trapped in poverty in our inner cities; rusted-out factories scattered like tombstones across the landscape of our nation",  . . .

    the aftermath of a decades-long corporate theft of American labor and ingenuity, offshored to anti-union labor camps elsewhere.

    It is time, in the name of justice, to right those historical wrongs committed by the American corporate Elite, as multinationals, who hijacked American Wealth and ingenuity for decades.

    That was not all. They also hijacked our democracy with billions in dark corporate dollars posing as PAC (political-action-committee) funds.

    President Trump. Your life was saved in order to fulfill a divine Duty as the Good Samaritan, coming to the rescue of those who are unjustly put In Harm's Way. . . ,

    by a corporate elite who has deprived the American worker to make a living, the very same Elite whose military industrial complex puts soldiers In Harm's Way, by insisting on launching unnecessary Wars all over the globe, in the name of Empire.

    These new neocon warmongers in in the White House, dressed in neoliberal clothing, are aided and abetted by a congress dominated by a bipartisan duopoly controlled by an unelected corporate Elite of the military-industrial-complex which President Eisenhower warned against as the Enemy Within, in his farewell address.

    President Trump. It is your Divine Duty as Peacemaker to end all the unnecessary bloodshed, whether it is the shameful sacrifice of hundreds of thousands of Ukraine's and Russia's soldiers in a World War I styled Trench warfare as Cannon f o d d e r to NATO's high-tech weaponry. . . ,

    All in the name of fulfilling the neocons high risk game of nuclear brinksmanship, an Abomination that is dangerous and deadly to millions of civilians as the genocidal and illegal Wars launched in Vietnam as well as Iraq. . . ,

    Genocides currently replicated against defenseless children in Gaza, in violation of international law, including the one to prevent a repeat of the Holocaust, when the world created the Geneva's convention for the prevention of genocide, entrusting the ICJ (International court of justice) to hear such cases as the one currently occurring in the Gaza.

    Through sustained multilateral peace negotiations, you can achieve in the name of World Peace, an end to the illegitimate regime which maintains over 800 military bases all around the world in the name of hegemony and Empire, which has produced misery exploitation and suffering to millions of citizens around the world.

    As Peacemaker and the Good Samaritan, you have a Divine calling to launch a crusade for a beginning of the end to that satanic Hellscape.

  37. "Free speech and the open exchange of ideas". No matter who or what party they belong to, their first duty is to protect our rights, especially the right to free speech. The nation enemies can't survive in an environment of free debate, their objective, eternal power and always increasing government control of our lives, can't be exposed.

  38. "Do you remember so and so" An old high school friend just committed suicide after killing his six year old son while on a ton of intense drugs. I only have fond memories of my old friend and my heart is shattered for his son and him. Yes we need to get this crisis under control.
