  3. Hey BCP, please research the impact of the keto diet on cholesterol levels. Often there is an increase in LDL ("bad" cholesterol), but there is also an increase in HDL ("good" cholesterol) and decrease in triglycerides. Even more importantly, there is a decrease in blood glucose levels, which then results in decrease in insulin level. There is no data to support that the higher LDL level, in the setting of all the other positive metabolic changes, is an increased risk for cardiovascular disease.

If you realize that the actual amount of the worlds atmosphere that is C02 greenhouse gas is in Fact 0,004 % If the level drops below 0,002 % nothing will grow/ all plant life will die.   20. James, don't worry about your cholesterol levels. Big Pharma (and the medical professions) push cholesterol issues merely for profit. Statins are big money (but, like most Big Pharma meds, they're highly dangerous). A high cholesterol level is actually healthy! Cholesterol is needed for the brain.
