Trump drops pretense of concern about e-mail security; prioritizes fear of 'deep state' persecution

Despite making an issue of the security of Hillary Clinton’s e-mails when he ran against her in 2016, Donald Trump is raising national security concerns because of his own disregard for proper protocols in his digital communication. Heath Brown, associate professor at CUNY’s John Jay College, discusses with Alex Wagner the risks of Trump’s security sloppiness.

  1. Weird how everyone freaked over Hillary's e-mails & server yet Ivanka used her personal server & e-mail when she was an "official" in her daddy's crime house, I mean, White House! Crickets were said when princess was flouncing around the Oval.🤨"OK for me but not for thee." The Trump motto.

  2. In January the state will become deep orange trending Putin red, and the political persecution begins. For Vengeance and harsh retribution is mine saith the MAGA Lord DJT. who believes he is a King instead of a president restricted under law to prevent his utter corruption so that he does not spoil democracy and betray the people. Those who have committed high crimes on behalf of the deep orange state leader are promised pardons and the innocent will receive subpoenas. The last I checked calling a Secretary of State and pressuring him to manufacture another 11,780 votes on your behalf so you can steal a state election is called attempted massive voter fraud and there is no persecution involved when that crime is investigated by the government and legally pursued in a court of law but rather it is justice. It is the duty of the state to bring charges against all criminals, so we do not become a nation of lawlessness. Bringing charges against Trump for his blatant lawlessness does not make it a corrupt act of the deep state. All the other seditious acts that Trump and his corrupt associates committed in an attempt to overthrow the duly elected US government is also criminal and he and they need to be held accountable in a court of law. However, declaring that Congressional members who investigated these crimes should be locked up is an attempt to persecute the innocent for exposing the guilty so there is no justice but rather authoritarian persecution to seek revenge on those who called out the guilty. Putin is so proud of his Celebrity Apprentice who is making great strides to finally earn his Red Journeyman's Dictator card from the reforming Soviet Union after failing his qualification test the first attempt in 2019-20..

  3. That’s why there are so many “drones” flying around everywhere they are attempting to intercept digital signals and get information about what they’re doing. 😅 the whole technology industry is getting more sophisticated and dangerous.

  4. Trump's attacks do not have to be based on any real issue. In fact it serves his hectoring if the attack is based on something totally specious. It is hard to counter if it does not exist. But repetition and stage technique will create a ground swell of outrage anyway, that facts will not stifle. Trump is a menace.

  5. Because Services record EVERYTHING, and Trump does not want ANY record of his doings that he does not have instant control and access to. Criminality lies at the heart of the Trump and he has a LOT to hide, if not much to lose reputationally.
