Small businesses treat their employees's well normally .
But the Wal-Marts should look in to truly valuing their employees .
Allow people to have a career as a cashier or stock team employee . Develop a program that rewards the workers for taking owner ship of that store or company.
Pay a standard mandatory $1 per year after 2 years .
This makes working at Wal-Mart a long term solution that benefits the employees and it benefits the country because they're going to take more ownership in their company.
Jeff Bezos bought the Washing Post ( RIP NewsPapers ) that is basicly catered to this last olddr generation that is dying out.
I know no one my age that buys or reads Newspapers.

In my area capital district in NY. Amazon pays the least 15 n hr w manditory OT. Walmart pays 17-18 atm in my area. Most retail newly pays 20 in my area or more. More front desk jobs or smaller shops can compete you guys are on 100% there. School jobs prior to chatgpt were in doom paying less then retail, not including the crippling education were every student passes no matter what. Behavior issues up the wazoo now that cell phones are allowed in all sectors of schooling. Not many want to deal w that or can afford to work in those jobs anymore.
