Ya know I’ve never seen shadow people except for out of the corners of my eyes. Or at some distance between me and it. Thank goodness. And they are always moving rather quickly. I have never see one just standing there watching me. Always through the corners of my eyes. But they are scary for sure.

Play high frequency music in these homes, it doesn't have to be loud your body will start vibrating at a higher level creating barriers between these low frequency entities same as the space and objects in the house. Bells also help hence why churches have bells the vibration drives them away, they are energy. With the proper vibration you will no longer fear them and you can go after these shadows make them fear you, but do it as a child with your mind not physically.
This is long – In 1985 we moved to the middle of nowhere in a small town in Death Valley. As if the isolation wasn't enough and the constant wind, the brightest streets in town seemed to spell out the word "HELL" when viewed from a hill. From 1985-1997 as a child, I suffered daily and have trauma to this day at age 47 that I talk to my therapist about often. It started with being woken up by feeling a tingle under the covers. I would rip my bed apart and check my entire room thinking it was a whip spider, black widow, or scorpion in my bed, but I never saw anything. Then it escalated to constantly being watched. It was so heavy feeling and threatening. If I turned on the vacuum I always felt while I wasn't on guard, I would be attacked. Next came the talking and laughing at night. Sounded like the TV was on really loud and when you went out to the living room, it immediately stopped and TV was off. It affected our pets too who never seemed to live long. My dad became disassociated and checked out. My mom became violent and cleaned about 10 hours a day getting rid of dirt only she could see. One afternoon when I came home and watched MTV and my parents were not home (latchkey days), a child dressed in 1970s clothes came into the living room. Looked as real as day but legs were cut off at knees. I chased him out the back door, around the back yard and he disappeared in our driveway. I called 911 because I was confused and like 11 years old and got in trouble with my parents for making crap up. Another thing that would happen during the day to me is I would be laying in my bed reading a magazine and the front door would open, which was locked with two locks, and shut and a few minutes later I would feel what felt like a body up against mine. Finally almost all of my nights were filled with terror. As soon as I got in my bed, even when I was sitting in bed, my room would get so dark gradually that you couldn't even see all the nightlights I put in every outlet. Then the shadow people would come, creeping around my room and staring at me. Sometimes my parents would go camping and leave me behind (again, latchkey days). I would try to get friends to stay over but they would leave and wouldn't stay overnight. Those were scary times. I would go to Blockbuster and rent like 5-6 movies with my allowance and stay up all night and all day over the weekend until my parents came home. I only saw the Hat Man once. He looked like the outline of Dick Tracy. He came over me and snarled and then choked me. I thought I was going to die. He came so close to my face, oh my God, I hope no one experiences this. After that, I no longer slept at night. I sat up with one of those heavy duty brick like flashlights. I would find ways to sleep at school. To this day I do not sleep nights if I can help it. And on work days, I sleep with every light on. I can say, it is beyond terrifying. But I don't think all of it can be blamed on just sleep deprivation because of all the things that happened to me even when wide awake and during the day. It just kept getting worse and worse adding to the terror until every day and every night several scary things would happen.
When I was in my 30s I woke from a sound sleep and a blacker then black shadow was standing near me, I reached out and turned on my lamp and it was gone, never seen it again.I believe they manifest from a orb.
I am thankful that I have not experienced shadow people. I am 76 years old. So far so good. I have had other strange experiences. My daughter had had a couple of experiences with shadow people after she left home. 🐞
Shadow people are demons. For anyone truly going through this and the Paralysis of your body and you can't move.You can't speak.You can only look with your eyes.Scream in your head as loud as you can jesus christ jesus christ over and over and over they'll dissipate.
It seems as though there is much more to this world than we know
I'm not sure if Shadow People are actually evil or if they are just perceived that way because we don't know what they are. If somethings evil I would think much worse things would happen than just a bad feeling.
I do believe there is a plethora of "others" out there that we as yet do not understand!
Only the name of Jesus works against these demons.
When I was a child they tormented me all the time until I became religious. Found out later the home I lived in was built on an Indian burial ground.
The ' shadow people ' are usually just people. They Astral project and come to f@#k with you and scare you because they want to make you miserable. Basically witches, feeding off your fear. Or they are straight up demons, but they would rather use a human vehicle, it's easier. Some humans they use are unaware, many are not.
I believe they have always been here and folks seeing them are about the same. It's just that now you can speak of them and you're not automatically considered crazy. We have developed more open minds. I'm native and study different forms of paganism. These are talked about though much generations. But spirit like humans come with good and bad Intentions. Even when seemed helpful use caution.
THESE SHADOWS have been present in my bedroom for many years along with other demonic happenings. Thus,far it's only been visual occurrences but as soon as I invoke the lords prayers "…… they leave !!!!

These are G'huls they ae practising to possess you . Eventually they will try to jump scare you out of yoyr body, the paralysis is caused by them learning to jack in so they can take over your body.

What you are seeing are spirits. Depending on their mood they can be a white mist, or in a container ball, or it will appear like it is a dark shadow. To assume this is demonic or evil is to miss out on a very exciting world we have.
I know about the spiritual world after my son died. I knew about the white missed spirits, and the ones in orbs. But I did not know anything about the dark shadows until 2006. I was lying in the sofa with a new boyfriend in fort McMurray Alberta. He was an oil man and I went with him even though I didn't know him very well.
We were lying on the sofa talking about a Christmas party I would go to but he would have to work. No problem I can mingle with strangers and get to know new good people.
This dark shadow began pacing the living room and down the hall. Back and forth back and forth. Even my friend saw it he's the one who pointed it out.
For about an hour this thing mood around.
Long story short I was being set up by that boyfriend and his friends. It was my son watching over me, and it was dark because of his mood.
No one ever dies. We go and attach back to the ones we love, by way of reincarnation in the family thread. Or remain as ghosts in some National Forest if you don't have a family thread anymore or don't want to be born again.

Some speculate these are aliens, interdimensional beings, demons, an astral projection or some sort of cloaked psychic vampires… I was absolutely obsessed with shadow entities for a while.

There's a documentary movie about this,,,guy calls in to a radio station and on air things happen,,,a college 🎓 professor found out some interesting things and a government agent reluctant to believe any of this nature has her own new opinion after investigating,,,I think it is called Shadow People,,,lot's of history about it and like anything you put energy ⛮ to be careful what you call to yourself 🙈🙊🙉🕷🕸
Hi Steve! I love listening to stories about the paranormal and mysterious things. I would like to think that the shadow people in Mike’s house scared the burglars away and protected his property, evil or not. Perhaps they had become attached to him, just a thought.

Great listener stories as usual. I have a similar story I tell and have wondered all my life about the experience. Enough to tell it on a YouTube channel.
When I was 8, my older brother , my older cousin both being 11 and 12 .. we were outside in our mobile home park playing with a nerf ball, accidentally threw it over the fence at the edge of the park which was next to my house in the park. The sun was setting , we all hopped up on the wooden fence to look over , having to step on the bottom horizontal board .. me being super small I had to pull my self up like a pull up to see over .. I was the last one coming off the fence cause I was the smallest and couldn’t see over so it took me a minute.. I jumped down off the fence, my brother and cousin were both standing next to each other and watching me hop off. I notice my cousin studying the shadows of our bodies on the ground amongst the trees as they were projected in front of us toward the fence .. my cousin says if this is our shadows who’s shadow is this? Picture all of us standing shoulder to shoulder about ten feet from the fence lookin at it .. there was a full adult shadow of a person who was seemingly sitting in the tree on a branch with his legs swinging .. clear shoes and make shadow . We all look up and scan the trees where it would be but we don’t see anybody. We all ran home so fast .. about 16 years later I see my cousin who I haven’t spoken To for like 10 years .. We went to get lunch one day and I start to ask him hey do you remember back when we lived in the mobile home place and you stayed the night and we saw, and he goes , oh you mean the shadow person? Before I could even finish he knew what I was asking .. made ny stomach drop that it was real. And that he remembered
The Egyptians say Incubis is its name. Its in the book of demonologie & i do think the Bible talks about it. I know the book of jubilees or the book of Enoch talks about it
Actually saw my first shadow person twice in the last month. I knew my house was haunted, but I’d never seen an entity before.The first time I was sitting on the couch in my living room at night time.My bf walked out of the kitchen. We don’t have curtains on a window in the kitchen and so I can see bf’s reflection in it as he exits the kitchen.I quickly glimpsed a black shadow figure that looked like a man, it was literally like 1 step behind my bf. It was like a flash, to where I wasn’t sure at first if it was my imagination or not.Then on Saturday I was laying on my bed meditating.I opened my eyes and saw a shadow person in between the door and the wall (door was open and almost against the wall, there was about a 1 foot space between door and wall.) I saw it clearly in the second, the head, the neck,the shoulders,and as if it was caught it quickly disappeared behind the wall.
I've had four encounters in my life with shadow figures/ beings. When I was 18, I was living with my grandparents and my bedroom was in the basement. At one point or another all of my siblings lived here and later on we've all shared our creepy encounters in this basement. You never felt alone down there, and you'll always here someone rustling around down there.
One morning I woke up at about 5 am and there was just enough light to make out the objects in my bedroom and I saw a shadow figure standing next to my bed. It was standing over me in what I took as a threatening pose. It almost looked like it was ready to fight. I thought someone had broken into the house, and I always kept a baseball bat by my bed. Fight or flight came over me and I sat up quickly and reached for the baseball bat, but when I looked back up there was nobody in my bedroom.
It took awhile but I managed to fall back to sleep. When I woke up again later in the morning I saw the same shadow figure again, this time it was at the foot of my bed. It was staring at me, this time it's pose wasn't so threatening. Even though it didn't have any facial features, I felt like I made eye contact with it. It almost looked like a person wearing a tight, black morph suit. The figure then turned around and walked toward the wall but faded out before it made contact with it. I immediately jumped out of bed and told my grandmother about what I had just experienced and all she said was "Oh yeah, that's just your uncle."
Thanks for scaring the living shit out of me uncle. I've had experiences like this a few times in my life but this is already long enough.

I've experienced this. It was a surreal experience. It was a polite presence…only once did it intrude upon my privacy that I am aware of…it preferred to keep to the other end of the house that we rarely occupied. We could see it out of the corners of our eyes. We could sense it as well. A shadow. We moved away – it did not follow. Interestingly, the new tenants of the house experienced a house fire about 7 months later.
I have saw different shadow people all my life and people I have lived with have saw the around and as well as follow me in different houses we resided in five different states. Aside from the hat man I have never feared or felt that I was in danger. But the hat man is very negative and I have only saw him twice. I hope he never returns

It's difficult for me to perceive as any of the sleep paralysis stuff or anything related/similar as paranormal. I think it's just symptoms of sleep paralysis. I could however believe in the existence of shadow entities in general when seen by awake people and when not related to sleep paralysis…
