This guy is a few bricks shy a load…
He just wants attention. Any kind of attention.
So this guy talks the ear off of an old woman and they really don't want to hear it anymore. They then call the cops for no law violation. The woman never told him to leave so it's not like he was trespassing at that time. Now the cops show up and demand id from someone who committed no offense. If they say he is trespassed then they would issue the warning first, which he also doesn't have to provide id for. If he refused to leave after that then they can arrest him. He committed no crime for the police to demand id. This looks like a 4th amendment violation.
Where are they getting all this "am i detained?" "Am i under arrest?" Are there training videos?

You a the right to not tell the cops any information about yourself if you’re not under arrest, it’s a reason why Ben Franklin and gang wrote the constitution the way they did, your seems to be in the right place, but to allow cops to violate your rights, because you don’t want to go to jail is a cowards way out, unless you’re under arrest you literally don’t have to show id, the police department can be sued for violating his 4th amendment being that he wasn’t under arrest at the time they tried to id him
