  1. I get this guy was a pain but he likely has has the grounds for a lawsuit because they really did not have a crime to justify the ID. They didn’t even ask him to leave. If the cops had just asked him to leave and not come back, it might have avoided all the rest. That seems quite a bit easier.

  2. Horribly done by the officers. The man was absolutely correct in his rights. He can't be charged with Concealing without pre-existing PC for another charge. He was never informed why he was arrested until after the arrest occurred.

A good lawyer would the concealing kicked as the officers failed to inform that they were arresting him and why.

  3. 1) Identify yourself 2) Inform them that you do not consent to a search of yourself and your property 3) Inform them you will not answer any of their questions 4) Close your mouth and quit answering their questions!!

  4. He's too old for this… he should have more common sense. Refusing to identify yourself when the police was called due to YOUR actions is ridiculous.. why go through all that instead of just handing over your driver's license or ID?. I can understand if he was just walking by and the police drove up talking about let me see your ID. Then you dont have to identify yourself as you didn't do anything wrong. But they were there specifically for him. He should've just showed it, signed the ticket and kept it moving… what an old fool.

  5. This guy is too old to act like a petulant child. I feel confident in saying that this person has been a pain in the ass of every person who has ever had the displeasure of interacting with him.

  6. I have watched it seems, hundreds of these Police response for aid videos. In the literally dozens of these I viewed, I have never seen from the start to the end; where an officer has so clearly verbalized and explained why he is there and what his intents are. The cop in the shorts did such an excellent job communicating and handling the event as great as I have ever seen. What police have to do in our bat-ass-crazy mentally ill society is beyond me. When everything else fails, we shove wacko-shitt like this on to the police. We need to get a major legal handle on the mentally ill conditions of this Nation. This old-fart-handle needs to be 1st. How did he get so old and be so the H out of touch with the world and no family, friend or neighbor got him a place by now at the Rubber Room? Pathetic…..
