  10. I saw a story in the New York Times today that stated a coal mine in Russia is emitting 95 Tons of Methane gas a day ? An hour ? It was just a headline I don't subscribe to it. I know people are divided about global warming and all . I'm not taking sides or anything I'm just relaying info.

  11. Here in Texas, we need buckets of rain especially in south, west, and central TX. We are in a severe drought in my neck of the dunes in Matagorda Bay. Only had 7 inches for the year and that was in January and May. Last year we had about 56 inches total. We lost 75 % tropical vegetation in the Big Freeze last year, now we may lose the struggling ones from lack of rain. Hope its wet down deep around them roots! 🤠 🏖 🏝

  15. Hey Mark, this is what the farmers almanac says:
    12th – 15th

    Light rain Southern Plains.

    16th – 19th

    Fair, then turning unsettled. Tropical storm threat for TX, LA coast.

    20th – 23rd

    Squally for TX and points east, followed by a clearing trend.

    24th – 27th

    Hot! Many 90s and 100s; slight risk of isolated thunderstorm.

    28th – 30th

    Scattered showers and thunderstorms AR, LA, then fair. Remaining hot elsewhere.

  22. Houston..today my temp 103 humidity 90% so it's hot ..even for a Texan. I'm 25 miles from the coast ……we never have anything that isn't extreme, be it is 56" of rain (Harvey) or snow and12 deg cold(Feb 2021)… Thanks, Mark.I'll start my gathering without the crowds… Thanks for all you do..you are makin a difference .

  33. With gas prices so high many people will not be able to afford running a generator. Usually when we get hit by a bad hurricane in south Louisiana we go without power during some of our hottest months of the year.

  36. I made it trough the worse hurricane I have ever experienced in my life.
    Hurricane Michael hit my hometown and it looked like a bomb was dropped about 100 miles above my town without the nuclear fallout.
    So I expect this year to be extremely active and hopefully it will avoid my area for another 50 years. I have never heard the wind sound like waves as the feeder bands came into the shore. I knew I was in trouble when the high-rise condominiums on the beach we're reporting that above the 25th floor the windows for being blown out of the condos. I got worried because I know for a fact that anything above the 10th floor in a condominium has to have bulletproof glass to keep the windows from cracking in case of high winds if they were blowing out and we had serious trouble. 45 minutes later every tree in my yard had blown down and we were battening down the hatches. I only lost a portion of the roof cap above the garage hopefully this year you'll just bypass My Town completely but my luck's not that good, good luck everybody!

  40. How will dis heat affect the farms n crops? Will dis affect d food crops in d Midwest because Europe is droughts n heat waves south America is drought n water shortages Africa as usual droughts. Here in Asia much droughts except d eastern coastlines. World food outlook looks like severe scorched fields n blighted or drought dammages. Looks like a worldwide famine. How's your outlook on d drought famine issue Robert spedda here in Philippines says it's drought dry conditions what say you mark?

  46. I remember the mid-90s in Des Moines, Iowa, when the LOW was 95 during a heat wave. I don’t recall any livestock spontaneously dying. We need to pray that God Will break their weather manipulation machines!
