Sips, you are on with the feet grabbing! I'll compete on that one, i can put them in my mouth… not sure why thats important but I was taught to do it as a child and can still do it 30 years latee
I actually read about jelqing on the old internet, before y2k on 56k modem etc. it's been around since forever. Back then the story was that it was a technique taught to Egyptian royals or some shizzle. It's not placing a book on your pernus, it's more like a milking of blood towards the head.
For more toe dexterity what you need to do is put the bottom of your toes against the wall and your foot on the ground so your stretch the band of tendons across the top of the toes that’s what people do in martial arts so they can kick without breaking their toes
I don't know about barefeet shoes but you can find "realfoot" shoes that don't taper off at the end and force your toes together but they're still actual shoes.
Sips kid with the medical condition that got worst and was serious condition. The first treatment by the GP doctor would probably have said if the condition gets worse seek medical attention. This is common practice in the US, and I am pretty sure anywhere else in the world also. So, I don't get how he said it would been bad if they followed the GP doctor advice unless they did not fully listen to the GP.
Actual physical therapist here. Lewis is a 100% right about the feet and the muscles and the wearing of barefoot shoes. Wearing tight shoes for a long time can change the whole positioning if your bones (which is definitely not what you'd want). In my place of work, you can identify the physical therapists by their wearing of either barefoot shoes or Birkenstock. Your foot health matters people!
Gotta be the worst explanation of barefoot shoes ever lol. As Lewis said, they are lower to the ground with a smaller midsole, but they're usually more flexible materials and have a wider footbed/last than common footwear.
I can't wear barefoot shoes due to a skeletal issue however: Lewis is correct. Barefoot shoes have been shown to have significant health benefits. Some of which, as he mentioned, include keeping the muscles in your feet strong and healthy which, by the way, protects your arches. It also helps with blood flow which is very likely to reduce the risk of forming blood clots (because your feet are actively pumping blood back up to your heart when you are moving.
What they probably don't do is protect the joints above your feet from shock-induced arthritis. I probably would not advise routinely running in barefoot shoes, or at least not on hard surfaces.
Ironically, I went to three different doctors who shrugged me off, and before the fourth doctor visit I DID do some of my own research, and it lead to my illness finally being correctly tested for and found. I guess just keep a reasonable middle ground in everything you do.
My ears dont pop well on planes and i use the earplugs to help, chew etc, still end up in agony and unable to hear for a day or two. I did once try the holding your nose and blow, didnt really help, felt air come out my eye hole, quite painful.
The segment where Sips and Pyrion are excitedly talking about their shared ability to pick things up with their feet and then Lewis interjects by talking about how he's fallen for another obvious scam geared at people chasing health trends is one of the most Triforce segments I've ever heard
Hello chums, came just in time to get me through work
Am I allowed to be all those at once from the intro?
I hope the Triforce won this battle and the doctors are all proven wrong!
Perfect timing, I was just about to make dinner
No, thats just wrong Lewis.
Anyways now to listen to the podcast.

Why tf were they being so rude to Lewis? I know they do it a lot especially Pyrion but this time it genuinely put me off from listening.
LB is linebacker
Listening to these absurd names for sports figures, I'd like to introduce you all to lookup drag names.
