On This Achievement Tricks and Treats of Pandaria you need to finish quests with Candy Bucket in 22 locations. All of them You can find in main Vilages/Cities in Northrend Zones. To get to Pandoria use Teleport in Stormwind in Wizard’s Sanctum “Portal to Jade Forest” 45.5 87.4.
