  1. Great info and useful ideas! Thank you! P.S. It's all true what they say about Lexington, KY. I have family there and have visited the area often. Among other things, there is some really fine dining. It's pretty sophisticated for a relatively small city, what with the University there. And only about an 80 minute drive from Louisville, too. If you have the time, make it a trifecta trip to include Cincinnati (Cincinnati Zoo and Opera in the summer), Louisville, and Lexington. LOTS to enjoy in terms of events, cuisine, history, the arts, gorgeous scenery, etc. Would be a great 2-3 week vacation that can be quite inexpensive if you're on a tight budget.
