  1. I really hope they create a G1 colourway of this guy, that figure along with Thunderclash are so nostalgic. Although I also do remember the dreaded gold plastic of the original!

  2. Never seen Transformers Prime but damn, this figure is lovely! Solid engineering, fantastic bot mode and a gorgeous jet mode. Won't be buying this guy, as I'm holding out for Dreadwing. Stunning toy!

  3. From a design standpoint, and how the sculpting utilizes every part of the toy, this version of Skyquake is ten times better than the original Transformers prime version. Hasbro is capable of making gen 1 styles of other character look great and this is one of them done perfectly.

  4. Part of me is curious why this guy seems so much higher quality than anything else coming out of Hasbro at the moment; dense glossy plastic, no hollow parts, forearm covers, double jointed knees and a well thought out weapon with good storage and gimmick. Was this made by a different team? He looks like a figure from 10 years ago before Hasbro went into a spiral of constantly having to increase profits at the cost of everything else.
