  1. Selling Disney to Apple would be the death of Disney ! There are more people around the world that hate Apple crap and the Apple heads who treat Jobs like a god. The reason I say it will kill Disney is because Apple idiots will want to eventually force everyone that goes to Disney to either buy or rent Apple crap phones or watches because everything works off of Apple crap or worse, you can still use your Android phones or watches or even the old Disney bands will still work but you will only have access to the basic things. In order to get the full DisnApple experience you will need to rent or buy Apple crap phones, watches or IPads which will force most people to abandon DisnApple for Universal and other Parks

  2. "That caused an avalanche of criticism from Gov Ron DeSantis and Republicans"….So, there were absolutely no Democrats, Liberals, Independents or Libertarians that pushed back and don't want Disney to be involved in politics? Try doing just a little bit of research before making these inflammatory claims. You absolutely know that an overwhelming amount of "People" don't want Disney involved in politics. Let's try to not group people into this or that. It's statements like yours that continues to divide. If you and Disney continue to look at the world as black, white, red, yellow, gay, straight…we will never progress and get along. This crap is getting old. You always attract more bee's with honey. Continuing to push an agenda will lead to disaster and Disney's undoing. You have 162K subscribers. Take a look around the Internet. Ask yourself why others who don't twist and manipulate facts have triple your followers. You have a good platform. Good production qualities. Decent graphics and passable editing. Grow some balls and stop pandering. You will be rewarded for your honesty and willingness to invite all views.

  4. I know there's a worker shortage and all that, but the lack of tram service is pretty disrespectful.

See, the problem is that the lots are huge. On a busy day, you can park near the back and have to walk a half mile or more. I'm fine with that. However, it is really not fair to elderly people who are not handicap. Often, they don't want to take the handicap spaces, but they also shouldn't have to walk a half mile or more.

In the parks, there are lots of places to sit and take a break, so the parks themselves are not the problem. It really is getting to the parks that is the problem for many. Although, I really wish Disney World brought back some more benches. They could use them.

I appreciate the fact there's a worker shortage, but maybe (dare I say) wages can rise? Florida is not really a cheap state for home prices/rent. There has to be a way to get workers to join Disney. If CMs don't want to be CMs, that is a sign that wages are too low. In Central Florida, there are legitimate concerns over rent. In nearby, Tampa rents soared $800-$1000 in a single month.

In many places in Florida rent is well over $3k a month. The grim reality is that Florida just doesn't have a lot of opportunities for those making anything under $70k a year. It's sad, but true. Cheers from South Florida (rent is $3400; we said nope).

I think the shock that Floridians are getting is that they have to work 2nd jobs just to survive. Well, you can't really do that with Disney. Disney World needs to be your permanent, full-time employer. If Disney just took the uncertainty out of their employment and raised wages, they would have workers. I am in no way saying $15 an hour is terrible. When you look at many educators who are salaried, that is what their wages break down to with a Master's. Sadly, Florida is more expensive than ever, but it is not paying to meet inflation. This is the root of all evil in Florida. Disney probably should be paying about $20 an hour and trying to build professionals. Their goal should be to retain employees as long as possible so that they have knowledge of the brand and can inform the visitors about policies. When policies always change and there is no steady service, that does stink for the guests. While planning for wages, I believe seniority should pay more. They could do a scale to reward loyalty with increasing wages if they wish.

  5. Here’s a fix to the tram issue. If you’re a local and upset about it, just get there earlier or stop complaining, if you’re not a local, don’t go if you yourself can’t walk from the lots to the entrances because it’s “too far” on average, you’re gonna walk 10 miles a day unless you treat every day as only half a day. The walk from the lots to the entrances are NOTHING compared to walking around the parks

  6. If you want park reservations then sell tickets with them already integrated. However I also think AP's should be exempt. There is no way this park reservation system has lead to any sort of guest satisfaction. I've never once been satisfied using the system. Especially when after 2pm you can't make a park reservation for any park you want. Why should you have to make a specific park reservation when park hoping is open? that makes zero sense.

  7. It wasn’t only DeSantis and Republicans who has a problem with Disney pushing the lie about the anti-grooming bill. It never said anything about not “saying gay” – it was strictly about restraining teachers from speaking to small children about sexual matters. Anyone who DOESN’T have a problem with that is okay with grooming, period. And you labeling the outrage “Republican” tells me everything I need to know about you.

  8. When we go to Epcot now we actually park at Magic Kingdom and use the monorail at the transit center, so we can use the tram. It may seem like a lot but I already look for ways to cut down walking on Epcot days at the end of Epcot days my feet and thighs are usually always in so much pain😢

  9. Your ticket should be your reservation. Yes park hopping complicates that but they must know how many people actually hop and use previous numbers to forecast with a % tolerance. Simple

  10. Man I loved the trams it was better transportation between the parking lot and the parks main entrances. Plus it going to the spot at night when I need to find my car. Maybe Eiger will bring them back perhaps

  12. Yea, pretty much confirming any decision I was considering at renewing my annual passes. I refuse to continue to support a company with such poor values when listening to the majority of their customers. He is correct, you cant make everyone happy but look back at what was working when the company was thriving

  13. It's disappointing that Der Teddy Bar isn't reopened. Our tradition has been to stop there and get a Steiff for my wife every time we go to Epcot. Our visit just after Halloween found us trying to open locked doors. It was the first time in almost 20 years that we weren't able to honor the tradition.

DCL needs to really revamp the Castaway Club. One of the reasons we have jumped ship to other lines is because of the garbage loyalty program. At this time you can cruise 25 3-day cruises, for a total of 75 days, and be at a higher level than somebody who cruises 24 7-day cruises for a total of 168 days. To put it even more clearly, you can cruise 9 7-day cruises and one 14-day Panama Canal cruise, with 77 days logged (Two days more than the Pearl-level guest who only takes 3-day cruises), and still not enjoy the benefits of even being Platinum until the next cruise.

  14. 🇬🇧 Paid $1.200 for tickets for 2 of us (we’re fit mid 60’s) managed 3 rides on the first day during the early park admission then only 1 on each subsequent day 10 rides in total. We were crushed by crowds, herded like animals and had to run (but not run) to the attraction each morning. We’ve been coming since 1989 but won’t be coming back, Italy is looking very attractive to us right now.
