  1. I love this game. I'm going to keep playing it because I want to hit 60 and take part in wars/outpost rush, and all the other fun things that nobody wants people under 55 to participate in. At least on my server.

I do have to say tho, ever since the whole "Paid DLC/Extra content/seasons" model showed up, the overall quality of high-budget AAA games has gone down CONSIDERABLY. Pretty much EVERY SINGLE GAME i've played over the past 10 years, big titles like Destiny, Destiny 2, The Division, The Division 2, a couple of Battlefield games, and a bunch of others that have that same business model has been plagued with trash-can level releases filled with bugs, server instability, and exploits. IDK how these companies with 500+ or more employees manage to screw up so royally, for months and even years, on these titles. Its like they're in a race to see who can market their trashcan of a game the best, get the most money up front, and then move on to the next project while they assign a skeleton crew to maintain what they're just released….

I know that's not how it works. But that's how it feels. Just look at Anthem, Cyberpunk, Outriders. They're very pretty turds.. But still turds in the end.

The Youtube/Twitch/Gaming community doesn't help either… but i'm not going to get too into that because every time I suggest that people keep bugs/exploits to themselves and report it to the devs I get attacked.
I'm still waiting for that next game that makes me say "WOW, this is pretty much perfect."

  2. I wish AS would take a harder stance against exploiters. If the exploiter does not report the bug after discovery and continues to exploit, perma-ban. Done. Problems will still happen but make it cost the exploiter because they are , in part, responsible. Because of the whiners, reward the people reporting the exploits and not using them.

  3. It’s not just the hatchet that’s bugged. Seems to be any damage buff that requires any number of enemies to be within x meters of your character, so great axe is bugged too. Not to the same degree as the hatch though.

  6. Here is what the exploit was that let people dupe money/items:

Trade money (sender) to the receiver (as 0 coins) – Receiver uses a lag switch (net limit)
    Sender confirms everything
    Receiver enables the lag switch
    Receiver accepts trade
    Cancel the trade
Disable net limit or lag switch

Hopefully it will be patched. It was around in beta and we reported it. It's been being abused since Day 1 of release

  7. as much bugs as the game has and the spaghetti code it's build on as long as they keep working on it and don't let game breaking bugs like dupes ruin the player economy I'm happy

  8. Personally I havent been doing any exploits and glad I haven't. I wonder if they will actually punish anyone though and if so how? Generally I feel few developers do anything and just sweep it under the rug and move on after patching the problem.

  9. I appreciate you still making videos, I quite enjoy them actually. I do enjoy playing the game but all this negative press lately is really taking it's toll. I feel for the dev team who is pushing out bug fixes week after week only to continue having players shit on them like it's no one's business. Sometimes we forget that there people behind those keyboards and they are doing the best they can. I imagine AG is hiring more developers to fix things. When you hit the bottom, the only direction is up.. question is, have we hit the bottom yet?
I hope so, because I am quite enjoying the game and I don't want to see it continue having issues.
